Step 4 — Explore Media Features

Generate Images

Tap the image generation option within the chat interface. Image generation costs 25-50 Moments per image and uses one of two generation models (standard, or Advanced on higher tiers). Four image presets provide quick style selection.

New users recommendation: generate one or two images with your 200 starting Moments before spending on video. Images are the most cost-efficient media type and give you a sense of the visual quality without draining your trial budget.

Create Videos

Select an existing companion image, write a brief motion prompt (what you want the character to do in the clip), and submit. Processing takes approximately 2 minutes.

Cost: approximately 50 Moments for a short 3-second clip; up to 600 Moments for a longer clip.

With 200 starting Moments, you can generate:

• One short video clip at ~50 Moments
• Or four images at ~50 Moments each
• Or a mix of one image and one short video

New user warning: Do not spend your entire 200-Moment starting budget on a single long video clip. Use it to test multiple feature types — one image, one short video, a minute of voice — to evaluate where you want to invest before upgrading.

Try Voice Calls

Six voice options are available, configurable during character setup. Voice calls cost 100 Moments per minute with quality rated at 4.3/5. At the free tier, 200 Moments gives you about 2 minutes of voice — enough to evaluate quality, not enough for an extended interaction.

Step 6 — Enable Privacy Features

Two privacy steps are worth taking before any sensitive conversation:

Enable Private Mode: Go to conversation settings and activate Private Mode for the active session. This applies end-to-end encryption to the conversation and removes it from AI training data. Important: this must be done per conversation — it is not a global setting that retroactively applies to all sessions.

Understand billing: All Secrets AI charges appear on bank statements as "Sun Clinical Laboratories" — no reference to AI, companion services, or adult content. This applies to subscriptions and all Moments purchases. For complete billing privacy, cryptocurrency payments are accepted with a $20 minimum.

Solve Common First-Session Issues

Messages not sending: Check whether you have hit the 20-message daily limit. The limit resets at the same time each 24-hour cycle from your first message of the day.

AI seems forgetful between sessions: This is expected behavior on the free tier. Memory beyond 2-3 exchanges requires a paid plan. Upgrading to Plus or higher unlocks meaningful cross-session recall.
